Calmes, Celeste, Harding, and Lohman are Academic All-District

GREENWOOD, IND. – Four Eutectic student-athletes have been selected to the 2026 NAIA Academic All-District® Baseball Team by the College Sports Communicators (CSC) organization. Tristan Calmes, Joe Celeste, Nolan Harding, and Barrett Lohman made the elite list, doubling the number of UHSP baseball athletes recognized last year.

The 2026 CSC Academic All-District® Baseball Team recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The program has been honoring outstanding academic and athletic achievement by student-athletes throughout the landscape of college sports since 1952.

Senior pitchers Tristan Calmes and Barrett Lohman are repeat recipients of the award, having been the first UHSP baseball athletes in the program's brief history to make the Academic All-District list last year. Junior infielders Joe Celeste and Nolan Harding are newcomers to the All-District team.

The award requires student-athletes to be at least a sophomore, maintain at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) and compete in 90 percent of the institution's games played OR start in at least 66 percent of the institution's games.

Calmes, Harding, and Lohman have been selected as CSC Academic All-America® finalists and will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members. All three were named AMC 2nd-Team All-Conference selections, leading the Eutectics to their highest-ever fifth-place ranking in the Conference. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced June 23.
