UHSP finishes 9th at the MBU Fall Invitational
ALTON, IL – The Eutectics finish 9th in the Missouri Baptist University Fall Invitational at Spencer T. Olin Golf Course. UHSP finished up at +101 as a team, beating out State Fair Community College by 11 strokes. Brett Bushue lead the way for the Eutectics finishing tied for 32nd with a score of +19. After a slow start, the Eutectics played their best game in Round 2 at +45.
HIGHLIGHTS:
- The Eutectics played best on the Par 3 holes with an average score of 3.63 strokes, ranking 6th amongst the field
- Brett Bushue birdied on a Par 4 on the 9th hole of Round 1. He also finished Round 1 with three consecutive pars
- UHSP teammates Will Turner and Connor Kosola tied for 40th place individually at +26
- Will Turner scored birdies on the 18th hole of Round 1 and the 6th hole of Round 2
- William Woods University wins the tournament with a score of +10. Their second team entry takes second place at +33.
- Spencer Worley scores two under par as the individual winner of the MBU Fall Invitational.

The Eutectics will get back to work in preparation for the Columbia Cougar Classic on October 20th at the Columbia Country Club.
