It was only a matter of time as Kimble is AMC's top hitter

ST. LOUIS, MO - The UHSP Eutectics landed their second softball Player of the Week award as Alicia Kimble was recognized by the American Midwest Conference as the league's top hitter for the week of March 16-22.

For the week, Kimble was 12-for-21 (.571) with three doubles, a triple and six RBI's. She capped the week with a perfect 7-for-7 performance against Stephens on Saturday as the Eutectics split the doubleheader against the Stars and went 4-2 overall in the counting period.

Kimble has been and absolute force all year at the plate. She is hitting .469 (30-for-64) with ten doubles, a homerun, 16 RBI's, on-base percentage of .493 and a slugging percentage of .734. She is tops on the team in all those categories except for homeruns as Ryleigh Davidson has hit two. She is also the American Midwest Conference's leading hitter with her .469 batting average, .493 OBP and .734 SLUG all leading the conference.

She joins Hunter Noto as the two Eutectics to have landed Player of the Week awards from the AMC this season. Kimble is the fourth Eutectic in softball history to have been named POW by the AMC with Hallie Roper (2025) and Emma Henley (2023) being the other two.
