Bio

Hardesty is entering her first season with the Eutectics and brings six years of coaching experience at the college, high school, and club levels. Prior to joining UHSP, she served as the Assistant Women’s Volleyball Coach at Westminster College.

As a former collegiate setter, Hardesty played three years at Truman State and finished her career at Central Methodist University. There, she served as a team captain, led her team in aces, and received all-conference honors.

Hardesty is particularly passionate about training setters, improving serve receive and blocking, and supporting athletes through the mental side of the game. She’s also deeply invested in recruiting and helping players find the right fit for their next step. With a background in communications and a heart for athlete well-being, she strives to help young women grow both as competitors and as people.

In her free time, Hardesty enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and dog.
